- Extra cases: $10 eachOn every plan. A firm admin buys them when needed, or turns on automatic extra cases with a monthly cap from 1 to 500. Bought extra cases never expire. A case that needs one waits; it is never stopped halfway.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax. Sales tax is added at checkout and on each invoice where it applies. All fees are non-refundable, including bought extra cases and removed attorney seats.

A case counts when your firm accepts it or chooses to analyze it before deciding, and only if its analysis completes. Submissions you decline never count, and re-running a case or adding records to it never counts again.

Questions about pricing
What happens when we use all our included cases?
The next case waits until a firm admin buys an extra case for $10, or the month resets. With automatic extra cases on, one is bought for you up to the cap you set. Admins are emailed at 80% and 100% of the included cases.
Do paralegals or staff need a seat?
No. Staff are free and unlimited on every plan. Only licensed attorneys count toward a plan, because only they approve AI output.
Can we change plans?
Yes, from Settings at any time. A move up is prorated. A move down is refused while you have more attorneys than the smaller plan allows, and the message says how many to remove.
What does the trial include?
3 days and 1 case, on the plan you choose. A card is required. The plan starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Is there a setup fee, a contract or a fee per settlement?
No setup fee and no fee tied to any case outcome. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time. An annual plan runs for its paid year; canceling stops the renewal.

For firms that need a custom plan, case volume or terms. A person reads every message and replies by email.
By starting a subscription you agree to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum. A firm admin accepts them, and makes the firm’s HIPAA attestation, on first sign-in. Brennick is not a HIPAA business associate and does not sign business associate agreements.
Brennick works in every state. Statute of limitations dates are calculated for California from verified rules; in every other state your attorney enters them. Damages ranges are built on rules verified for California and on AI-researched, labeled rules everywhere else, and each range waits for your attorney’s review.
