Sample medical chronology, demand letter and reports

Four documents generated by Brennick’s own export code from a sample case. No real client is in any of them, and each page says so.

Sample case. Not a real client. Every name, date and record in these documents was made up for testing.

01

Chronology

The medical chronology an attorney approved, as your firm would export it.

How to read it

Look at the page number on each entry, then find the same text in the cited-pages appendix at the back. Courses of treatment list each visit with its own page.

02

Demand letter

A demand letter draft in the firm’s style, shown as a PDF. Your firm exports it as a Word document to edit.

How to read it

The specials table is built from the bills in code, and each line cites its page. The demand amount is set by the attorney, not by Brennick.

03

Case Strategy Report

An approved strategy report built from the approved timeline and the evidence list, never from the raw documents.

How to read it

Every statement cites a page. There is no prediction of outcome and no dollar figure that an attorney did not approve in the damages review.

04

Analysis report

The approved analysis: gaps and missing records, the strength assessment and the damages review with its legal basis.

How to read it

Each gap names the pages on either side of it. The damages section names the state rules the range relied on and whether they are verified or AI-researched.
